Badlapur (बदलाPUR) is a 2015 Indian crime film directed by Sriram Raghavan and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Sunil Lulla. The film stars Varun Dhawan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in lead roles, with Huma Qureshi, Yami Gautam,Vinay Pathak, Divya Dutta, and Radhika Apte in supporting roles. The film was released on 20 February 2015.

Story:
Raghu (Varun Dhawan) has his life turned upside down by the death of his beautiful wife Misha (Yami Gautam) and son Robin during a bank heist escape. Left in a state of shock, Raghu confronts one of the caught robbers, Liak (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) and beats him in Police Custody.
Meanwhile Liak claims it was his partner, who murdered Raghu's wife but plays dumb and refuses to divulge information to the police inspector Govind Mishra (Kumud Mishra) about his partner who is absconding with the loot. A private detective Joshi (Ashwini Kalsekar) hired by Raghu informs him about Jhimli alias Shabnam (Huma Qureshi), a call girl and the childhood love interest of Liak. Raghu unsuccessfully tries to bribe Jhimli in divulging information about Liak's partner. Liak is sentenced to 20 years jail imprisonment, but Raghu still harbours an uncontrollable angst inside him. Unable to cope with the loss, he leaves the city, and retreats to a remote place called "Badlapur" and sets up a new life there working as a factory employee.
15 years later, Liak is diagnosed with terminal cancer with about a year to live. Shobha (Divya Dutta) NGO worker from Prayas who counsels prisoners meets Raghu and pleads with him to pardon Liak so that he can spend his remaining time as a free man with his aging mother (Pratima Kazmi). Raghu initially rejects her request but agrees to pardon Liak after his mother informs him about Harman (Vinay Pathak), Liak's robbery partner.
Harman (Vinay Pathak) now runs a successful seafood restaurant(Konkan Queen). Raghu befriends Kanchan alias Koko (Radhika Apte), Harman's wife who is oblivious of her husband's past. and meets Harman through her. Realising that Raghu knows about his involvement with Liak and will inform the police; a scared Harman confesses to robbing a bank to his wife and Raghu along with the fact that he has prepared a passport for Liak who intends to leave India with Jhimli and his share of the loot. Raghu orders Harman to inform him as soon as Liak contacts him. On the day Liak is supposed to meet Harman, Raghu brutally kills Koko and then beats an inconsolable Harman to death with a claw hammer and takes away Liak's loot share with him. He creates an alibi by going on a date with Shobha on the same day and disposes the bodies near the highway. He later meets Liak at the meeting point and taunts him.
Liak breaks into Raghu's house hoping to find his share of the money and after a brief scuffle Raghu admits to murdering Harman and his wife but refuses to kill Liak as he wishes him to die a slow painful death. Liak admits that he shot Raghu's innocent wife and states that Raghu is no different since he killed two innocent people. The police inspector Govind Mishra about to retire from duty in week's time , now inspectiong Harman and his wife's case realises that Raghu is the murderer and confronts Raghu about it. He proposes to let Raghu go free in exchange of Liak's loot share to which Raghu refuses. Liak meets Jhimli for the last time and surrenders himself confessing to the killings of Harman and Koko allowing Raghu to go scot-free. A few months later Jhimli meets Raghu to inform him about the death of Liak and that he wanted to give Raghu a second chance which he should not waste away. Jhimli leaves after congratulating Raghu for accomplishing his revenge while Raghu is left pondering about his life since he no longer has revenge as his motive.

The film was released in Indian theaters on 20 February 2015 nationwide and simultaneously on DVD and VOD as well. The film was screened in the Contemporary World Cinema section at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival where it won the Netpac Award for World or International Asian Film.

Story:
Umber Singh (Irrfan Khan), a Sikh after being displaced by the partition of 1947, has three daughters. He migrates to Punjab, India. Yet when his fourth daughter is born, he raises her as a boy, Kanwar Singh (Tillotama Shome), who in times becomes a truck driver. However, when Kanwar Singh married to a girl, Neeli (Rasika Dugal), this gives birth to complications.

Roy is a 2015 Indian romantic thriller film, directed by debutant Vikramjit Singh and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar and Ajay Kapoor on Freeway Pictures. Roy is the story of a Mysterious Thief. Upon release, the film received mixed to negative reviews.

Story:
Kabir Grewal (Arjun Rampal), a Casanovic film maker and screenwriter is making multiple films (GUNS Trilogy) based on a thief's life and robberies, all achieving high success. In order to shoot his third instalment (GUNS 3), he goes to Malaysia, where he meets a London based film-maker Ayesha Aamir (Jacqueline Fernandez). Kabir and Ayesha get friendly and soon fall in love. When Ayesha gets to know about Kabir's casanova attitude, she breaks up with him and returns to London. Dejected Kabir goes into depression and returns back to Mumbai, leaving his film incomplete. After several failed trials Kabir couldn't find a perfect climax for his story. On his assistant Meera's (Shernaz Pate) suggestion Kabir goes to a film festival as part of the jury, where Ayesha's film is being screened. Ayesha, thought that Kabir is following her and asks him to stay away from her life. After his father's (Anupam Kher) death and been sued by film financiers Kabir decides to move on and complete his film.
In a parallel story, An infamous Roy (Ranbir Kapoor) is a mysterious international Art thief whom no country seems to be able to get their hands on, including detective Wadia (Rajit Kapur). On his new assignment, Roy goes to an unknown foreign land to steal an expensive painting only to find that its owner is the beautiful Tia (Jacqueline Fernandez). Tia lives alone in a huge mansion where the painting is kept. Hence, Roy tries to befriend Tia in an art auction and soon impresses her with his charm. A chemistry sparks between the two and both start spending time together, giving Roy entry into the mansion. Seeking for the right opportunity, one night Roy runs away with the painting, leaving Tia heartbroken. Roy later regrets, as he has fallen in love with Tia and hence decides to return the painting to her. After a small clash with painting's new owner, Roy manages to get it back. On receiving the paintings Tia realises that Roy is now a changed man and forgives him.
Meanwhile, Kabir's film "Guns 3" releases with huge success. It is then revealed that "Roy" was just an imaginary character in Kabir's film and Roy & Tia's story was the script of "Guns 3". In the end Kabir proposes Ayesha and they both reunites, just like Roy and Tia reunites in Kabir's film. Movie ends with Roy and Tia walking together next to a bridge just like the painting Roy stole.

MSG: The Messenger is a film directed by Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh and Jeetu Arora. The stunts have been performed by Singh himself. The movie deals with youth-related issues like drug abuse, alcoholism, etc. The film has seven songs and it was released worldwide on Friday 13th February 2015, in Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. The film, despite getting negative reviews from critics, had a good opening on its release day.

Story:
Guru ji (Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh) is a spiritual leader who has a huge follower base. He has accepted the challenge of eradicating social evils including drugs and gender-related issues that have been prevailing in the society. Those with vested interests and apathetic towards the welfare of the society are now disturbed as there’s someone who has taken control of the situation. They conspire to kill him.

Shamitabh

Shamitabh is a 2015 Indian Hindi comedy drama film written and directed by R. Balki. The film is jointly produced by Sunil Lulla, Balki, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, R. K. Damani, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Sunil Manchanda and Dhanush under their respective production banners.

Story:
The story follows a mute actor, who via technology and the voice of another failed actor, becomes a star.

Danish (Dhanush), a mute whose childhood dream was to become a Bollywood actor, reaches Mumbai to fulfill his dream. He tries to enter the film city there, but gets stopped by the guards there. He trespasses the gate and comes across an Assistant Director, Akshara Pandey (Akshara Haasan), who is amazed by his acting. She approaches a director for requesting a role for Danish in a film, but the director refuses after he comes to know that Danish can't speak.
Danish and Akshara go to a voice hospital to get his check-up, but doctors declare his vocal chords are fully paralyzed and are unable to be treated. But, they assure him that with their advanced technology, Danish could have a 'voice transfer'. They fit a chip inside Danish's larynx with which a person could transfer their voice into the chip, and when the person would speak, the words will also come from Danish's mouth. They set out to search for a person who could speak for Danish every time, when they come across an old drunkard, Amitabh Sinha (Amitabh Bachchan), lying on the footpath. Amitabh also wanted to become an actor but was rejected because of his voice.
Danish approaches the director again, who agrees to launch him this time, but wanted him to change his name. Danish searches for a name and concludes on Shamitabh (the combination of DaniSH and AMITABH), giving credit to the person who provided him with voice. Shamitabh makes a couple of movies and turns out to be a hit actor to which Amitabh realizes was only because of him and an ego problem between the two starts to rise. They both separate and start making their own movies, where Shamitabh plays the role of a dumb person and Amitabh dubbing the voice for another actor. Both movies end in a flop at the Box Office.
Akshara makes both of them realize they are nothing without each other and gets them together for yet another film, titled 'Sorry' which is directed by Akshara herself. Meanwhile, Akshara and Shamitabh tell that they like each other.
Amitabh and Shamitabh were happy about the success of their movie, but faced a fatal accident due to which Danish loses his life, and Amitabh's larynx damages completely making him unable to speak.

Story:
Jai Jawaan Jai Kisaan is a journey about Lal Bahadur Shashtri's glorious life. The movie begins with the various freedom fights in the country during the pre-independence era. A time where two groups ( Garam Dal and Naram Dal) had waged a war against Britishers with different set of ideologies. It was under the leadership of Gandhi ji that Naram Dal took on the Britishers and led a peaceful march towards independence. Lal Bahadur Shastri was a prominent personality in this group and has a huge role to play in the history of India's independence. However this dynamic leader had his own story to deal with during the initial phase of his life. A low economic background, untimely death of his father and a mother to look after...these were just some of the problems that gave Lal Bahadur Shashtri a direction in life. After completing his studies in Banaras, Shashtri ji came to Allahabad and that's when he witnessed a revolution in the country. Inspired to take part in the freedom fight, Lal Bahadur Shashtri now became an active freedom fighter and was sent to jail several times. But Lal Bahadur Shashtri's fight didn't end with achieving freedom for his motherland, it got extended to his role as India's prime minister too. He is often credited for leading a ethical fight against Pakistan in the year 1965. And who can forget his ever green slogan of Jai Jawaan Jai Kisaan!.
